I am, Jacqueline Stewart, a retired Air Force Manager with over 20 years of management experience, a former computer specialist, certified Air Force Level - Continuous Process Improvement Greenbelt, and a ceritifed team builder and facilitator. In my capacity as s Division Chief in a large $1B organization, I was accountable for establishing new streamlined administrative processes to support over 1,000 customers. I understand how to refine processes and how to implement the changes.
